The Tinicum Township Fire Company would like to welcome you to our fire company training page. Our training nights are held every Monday night, at 7:00 pm with the exception of holidays and any other events that may occur. We conduct training at our station, in the neighborhood, as well as the Delaware County Emergency Services Training Center .We conduct a variety of certification drills every year as well as train with neighboring mutual aid departments, periodically train with the Philadelphia Airport Fire Department and Boeing Fire Department. We also work with other companies and utilize any training facilities which are made available to us.
We would like all new members as well as our senior members to please try and attend as many drills as possible. Certain training is mandatory and must be completed to meet NFPA, OSHA and/or Tinicum Township Fire Company Standards. Whether you are learning something new or just refreshing on topics you may already have knowledge of, training is a vital role to our organization.
