The box was sent to the 300 block of Seminole Street in Lester for a building fire with possible entrapment. Upon arrival of PD, they reported heavy fire showing from the second floor and confirmed that everyone was out of the building. Engine 48 arrived, put a 5 in the street on the way in and led off with a 1" 3/4 hand line. Interior crews made an aggressive and efficient attack on the fire and held it in check. Mutual Aid departments assisted with throwing ground ladders and taking care of ventilation. OUTSTANDING JOB to the boys with the quick knock. Thanks to Frank Wesnoski for the photos.
