Monday, February 1, 2010 - Around 0630 hours the company was dispatched to Printz and Powhatten Avenue for the accident with injuries/vehicle into a building. Just before the crew went responding it was re-dispatched as a accident with injuries possibl vehicle on fire. Engine 48-1 then went responding under the command of 48-9B (J.Buschmeier) with a crew of 5. The crew arrived on scene to find a one vehicle accident, vehicle vs stop sign with no fire. Crew's then pulled the front bumper line as a precaution, secured all hazards by placing oil dry on the fluids and securing the battery. The company then returned to service within 15 minutes.
